Terms and Conditions：
Each team consists of 3 or 4 players (3 players + 1 substitution)
Every team player can only participate in ONE team
Registration fee is non-transferable and non-refundable
Registration closes on 24/2/2024..LATE ENTRY WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED
Maximum one state player per team for U16 and U18 boys. Maximum one D-League or Agong cup for U20, Men Open and Women Open.
Only open for all Malaysian (Player that has Malaysia Identity Card)
Replacement of the team members is allowed after submission.
However, an admin fee of RM30 will be imposed for each player replaced.
For any category that can’t reach the minimum of twelve teams, the registration fee shall be fully refunded.
Rules
Standard FIBA 3×3 basketball rules apply with an additional 3 point circle added
Every team must arrive at the game court 5 minutes before the game is scheduled
All teams must not be late for the game, the team will be disqualified if they arrive late for the game.
Preliminary round and elimination round – 7 minutes per game, no clock stoppage, no time out other than ball in scenario.
Quarter Final & Final – 10 minutes per game and with last 2 minute stop clock
First team to score 21 points wins, or the team with more points wins when the time is up.
If the game ends with a tie, the game will continue through OT. The team that scores the first two points wins.
Any rough play or unsporting behaviour before, during and after the game will not be tolerated and will result in immediate disqualification.
Players are required to wear the jersey provided throughout the tournament. Failure to comply will result in immediate disqualification.
Disclaimer
All participants hereby certify that they are physically fit and trained and are entering this competition at their own risk and responsibility and agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the competition as determined by the management as well as to release the management or any responsibility in the event of injury, death or lost of property incurred during, as a consequences of while travelling to or from the competition.
The Organiser reserves the rights to any decision made through the tournament and no damage shall be claimed from Organiser or Sponsors.
All participants will have to bring their Original Identity Card or Passport during the event day when required.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense as a result thereof.
The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Competition Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time. Participants agree to be bound to any such changes. The Organiser’s decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained.
