Each team may register up to 12 players
No current or former state, national, or national youth players allowed （No participate SUKMA or AGONG CUP Before）
Open to Malaysian citizens only (valid MyKad required)
Players must present ID or passport during matches
Unregistered players are strictly prohibited from playing
3. Violations & Penalties
Ineligible players before match:
→ Disqualification + Deposit forfeited
Serious violent conduct:
→ Disqualification + Deposit forfeited
Late arrival / failure to show:
→ Forfeit + Deposit forfeited
Fewer than 5 players on court:
→ Violation + Deposit forfeited
4. Game Rules
Matches follow latest FIBA Official Rules
All technical matters are based on FIBA regulations
In case of disputes, English version prevails
5. Competition Format
Group stage: Round-robin format
Rankings based on wins
Ties determined by point differential
Walkover score: 20–0
6. Jersey Regulations
Jersey numbers: 0–99
(Front: 2 inches / Back: 4 inches)
Team jerseys must be uniform
Left team wears light color (white)
Right team: no color restriction
Non-compliance: Technical foul (2 free throws)
7. Ejection Policy
Players involved in fights:
→ Suspended for all remaining matches
8. Prizes
Champion: RM3,000
Runner-up: RM1,500
3rd Place: RM800

五、比赛制度
小组赛采用单循环
以胜场排名，平分看得失分
弃权比分一律 20 分
六、球衣规定
号码 0–99（前 2 英寸 / 后 4 英寸）
球衣须统一
左侧白衣，右侧颜色不限
违规球衣判技术犯规（2 罚）
七、驱逐
打架被驱逐者，停赛所有剩余比赛
